Marketing Manager (Gresik Based)

Responsible to set the process of creating, innovating, communicating and delivering value to customer in ways that benefit all stakeholders (shareholders, customers, people)

• RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Responsible for the company’s marketing & communications plan and product management. 
2. Responsible to manage and organize the media, sales support tools, trade fairs, training programs and customer events 
3. Responsible to product certification and all the companies innovation committee 
4. Responsible to establishes and manages the marketing and communication budgets 
5. Defining and revising strategic and operational business plans by collecting and updating marketing intelligence and trends. 

• REQUIREMENTS: 

1. A degree in any major ­­­ Marketing major or equivalent shall be most preferable. 
2. English communicative, computer literate. 
3. At least 5 – 7 years of extensive marketing experience, having relevant experience in building materials business. 
4. At least 5 years of managerial role in Marketing field.
5. A creative person with business minded and the capabilities of communication, persuasiveness, organizing & leading people shall be essential. 
6. Based in Gresik
